💼 About This Role

You'll own the governance and operational integrity of a critical clinical trial management system supporting global research. You will act as a technical leader and people manager, ensuring CTMS configurations and platform changes are compliant. This role plays a key part in enabling high-quality clinical operations and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CTMS platform governance and final approval of system builds
• Define and enforce configuration standards and quality controls
• Lead change control processes, validation activities, and audit readiness
• Manage CTMS Operations team including hiring and development
• Oversee CTMS-sourced reporting and define KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with CTMS or clinical systems
• 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
• Strong expertise in CTMS configuration and system governance
• Solid understanding of clinical operations workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Veeva, Florence, or Conductor
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory audits
