🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all on-site activities and subcontractor alignment.
• Act as primary on-site client and stakeholder contact.
• Manage construction program, QA/QC, and punch lists.
• Uphold health and safety standards and risk management.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in site management for commercial interior office fit-outs in Sydney.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building codes.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• Leadership skills to develop effective on-site teams.
