You'll drive adoption of Workato's AI-powered orchestration platform for commercial customers, ensuring their success and growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, leveraging technical expertise to maximize business value. This role focuses on building strategic relationships and mentoring team members to drive retention and expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic customer relationships to drive adoption and retention.
  • Provide technical expertise on Workato product and deployment models.
  • Implement processes to increase product usage and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as primary escalation point, troubleshooting and ensuring quick resolution.

📋 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education
  • 5+ years experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management
  • Experience in Integration and/or business automation
  • Comfortable operating with revenue targets and retention goals

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or Senior CSM in SaaS/iPaaS
  • Experience in Digital Transformation
  • Past lead experience
