🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on employee lifecycle matters in Argentina and LATAM.
• Lead employee relations including terminations and disciplinary processes.
• Draft and review employment agreements and HR policies.
• Support workforce transitions and restructuring with compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or LLM preferred.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian labor law.
• Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong drafting skills for employment agreements and policies.
