You'll lead internal events strategy and execution for companywide meetings like Revenue Kickoff and All Hands, delivering high-impact experiences that align with business priorities. Partnering with executives, you'll shape objectives and content direction to inspire and engage teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to lead end-to-end internal event planning and execution.
• Build scalable events framework aligned with business priorities and culture.
• Own event production including venue sourcing, logistics, and vendor management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and People teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event management.
• Experience managing large-scale events (e.g., 500+ attendees).
• Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Splash).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of ABM or sales enablement events.
