You'll deliver an elite, seven-star service experience to senior leaders and VIP corporate clients. You'll manage complex itineraries with calm professionalism. This role combines premium travel expertise with contact centre efficiency to build lasting relationships with discerning travelers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Executive and VIP corporate travel bookings
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences and policy
• Build long-term relationships through consistent high-quality service

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in high-touch premium customer service
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar)
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics including productivity and CSAT

• Experience supporting C-suite or high-net-worth individuals
• Exposure to out-of-hours or follow-the-sun travel support
