🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and grow relationships with small to medium sized clients.
• Manage renewal targets and drive contract lifecycle activities.
• Facilitate touchpoint meetings and business reviews with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to increase advocacy.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience driving SaaS software adoption and expansion.
• Proven ability to build customer rapport and handle escalations.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models.
• Operational excellence in analytical thinking and process improvement.
