Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a per diem Speech Language Pathologist providing in-home care for adult and geriatric patients in North Carolina. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families to promote independent living.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluation and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document patient care electronically using a tablet.
