🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on patient care including wound care, tube management, and IV administration.
• Implement and document care plans initiated by the Case Management RN.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and self-care techniques.

📋 Requirements

• One year of recent nursing experience
• Current CA Registered Nurse License (RN)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card
• Valid CA Driver's License with acceptable driving record
