You'll structure and implement an EHS management framework for a fast-paced industrial startup expanding its commercial facility. You'll drive compliance monitoring and safety culture across headquarters and field sites. This role offers the opportunity to build from scratch in a mission-driven team backed by top venture capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct internal EHS audits and corrective action plans
• Facilitate root cause analysis for EHS incidents
• Oversee hazardous materials storage and handling
• Maintain EHS documentation and training records

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing or chemistry pilot plants
• Knowledge of Federal/State/Local EHS regulations
• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field (or equivalent experience)
