💼 About This Role

You'll join an established operations team managing construction equipment across projects in Belgium, combining site presence with central coordination. You'll ensure safe, efficient, and reliable use of machinery from a base in the Brussels region. This role involves regular site visits and collaboration with planning, procurement, and project management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of construction equipment across sites.
• Provide technical support to site teams and methods engineers for equipment topics.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies for high availability.
• Monitor equipment utilisation, costs, downtime, and performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant & equipment engineering or fleet operations in construction.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites between Brussels and Limburg.
