• Lead two AI Ops Engineers, owning delivery and development
• Prioritise competing requests using a clear framework
• Build and ship automations and agents for internal teams
• Keep AI tooling stack healthy as usage scales

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on automation building with scripting or workflow tools
• Experience building agents with frameworks like LangChain or MCP
• Background in enterprise tooling like Entra or Vercel
• People leadership experience mentoring engineers
