Description
You will own the category growth strategy for Home & Garden, Sports, and Kids, using data to drive supply, demand, and on-site improvements. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to close assortment gaps and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in category management, e-commerce, marketplace, consulting, or commercial analytics
- Highly analytical and structured, turning data into insights and actions
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketplace dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Growth mindset, proactive, and AI-literate
Responsibilities
- Define mid-term category growth strategy, targets, and assortment priorities
- Identify and close assortment gaps by working with sales and account managers
- Run weekly performance cadence reviewing category performance and competitive landscape
- Plan annual commercial and promotional calendar with Marketing
- Prioritize on-site category improvements with the product team
