💼 About This Role

You'll own and deliver payload capability across munition platforms from concept to deployment. You'll ensure payload systems are designed, integrated, and proven through test and flight operations. This role requires close coordination with Vehicle Leads and Test & Flight Operations to rapidly iterate and deliver mission-ready capability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payload system including warhead, fuzing, and energetics
• Define system requirements and Interface Control Documents
• Develop test plans and acceptance criteria for payload systems
• Serve as payload lead during test campaigns and flight operations

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in munitions, missile systems, or energetics
• Proven track record owning design, integration, and validation of complex hardware
• Experience developing requirements, ICDs, and test validation strategies
• Familiarity with fuze safety and arming requirements and MIL-STD guidelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience delivering payloads on missiles, loitering munitions, or unmanned systems
• Background in system-level design and trade studies
• Experience in fast-paced or early-stage engineering environments
