Description

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through phone and email. Nurture inbound leads, identify customer needs, and manage CRM data to support Lightspeed's inside sales team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales or customer-facing experience
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Autonomous and self-starting attitude
  • Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

  • Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via phone and email
  • Nurture leads for Lightspeed's inside sales team
  • Create a world-class first impression for prospects
  • Identify customer needs to determine product fit
  • Manage multiple lead sources and log communications in Salesforce
