🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee a team for receiving, pick-and-pack, deliveries, and vault functions.
• Ensure daily and weekly cycle counts and audits comply with SOPs.
• Design and implement inventory tracking systems for control and efficiency.
• Coordinate manufacturing requirements to fulfill customer orders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for upper management.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience managing at least 3 direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Cost Accounting.
• Familiarity with seed-to-sale software such as Dutchie or Biotrack.
• Proactive and innovative mindset for continuous improvement.
