💼 About This Role

You'll join Dandy to scale manufacturing processes for dental products. You'll develop new machines and production lines, working with internal teams and external integrators to bring R&D solutions to high-volume manufacturing. This role impacts the future of dental technology with fast project cycles from concept to scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale R&D solutions into high volume production processes with integrators
• Drive process development to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
• Participate in FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commissioning activities
• Develop and validate manufacturing process improvements including automation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and process development
• General knowledge of plastics manufacturing methods (thermoforming, injection molding, CNC)

• Knowledge of spray finishes and fixture design
