Description

You will lead cross-functional programs to scale servicing operations, ensuring compliance and quality while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams. You'll define roadmaps, manage risks, and drive operational excellence in a regulated fintech environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in program management or product operations, large-scale or global
  • 3+ years in fintech or financial institution, scaling operations and coaching
  • Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR)
  • Deep understanding of dispute management processes
  • Hands-on, data-driven leader comfortable in complex, regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs
  • Develop program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
  • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations for measurable outcomes
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with executive-ready communications
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements
