As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, supporting stockroom standards, and maintaining visual standards. You'll work closely with the store team to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and safe work environment
