You'll manage and grow customer relationships across Greater China for G-P's SaaS-based global employment platform. You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion through high-touch engagement and cultural understanding. This role offers a chance to shape the customer experience in a fast-growing market.

  • Manage post-sales onboarding and adoption activities
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and check-in calls
  • Identify and execute expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as voice of customer to internal teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or account management
  • Native Mandarin proficiency and English fluency
  • Proven ability to manage high volume of customer relationships
  • Strong prioritization skills across multiple accounts

  • Project management or business planning experience
  • SaaS or HCM industry background
  • Knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry
