You'll manage and grow customer relationships across Greater China for G-P's SaaS-based global employment platform. You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion through high-touch engagement and cultural understanding. This role offers a chance to shape the customer experience in a fast-growing market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage post-sales onboarding and adoption activities
- Conduct strategic business reviews and check-in calls
- Identify and execute expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as voice of customer to internal teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success or account management
- Native Mandarin proficiency and English fluency
- Proven ability to manage high volume of customer relationships
- Strong prioritization skills across multiple accounts

- Knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry
