🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants at all levels
• Address team issues with clarity and care, protecting patients and team
• Collaborate with leadership on performance, feedback, and planning
• Manage nursing schedule, PTO requests, and daily coverage

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical veterinary nursing or technician experience
• Focus on developing leadership skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
