You'll join Odaseva's Customer Support Group to resolve technical issues for global enterprises using our Salesforce data platform. You'll triage tickets, collaborate with tier 1 and 3 teams, and contribute to knowledge base articles. This hybrid role in Sydney offers A$117k-125k and exposure to Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide regular updates to customers on open issues
  • Collaborate with tier 1 and tier 3 support teams
  • Assist managed backup services with backup plan optimization

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
  • Salesforce experience and certification mandatory
  • Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and cases
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
