You'll join Odaseva's Customer Support Group to resolve technical issues for global enterprises using our Salesforce data platform. You'll triage tickets, collaborate with tier 1 and 3 teams, and contribute to knowledge base articles. This hybrid role in Sydney offers A$117k-125k and exposure to Fortune 500 clients.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide regular updates to customers on open issues
- Collaborate with tier 1 and tier 3 support teams
- Assist managed backup services with backup plan optimization
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
- Salesforce experience and certification mandatory
- Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and cases
- Excellent time and priority management skills
