💼 About This Role

You'll own deployment timelines and coordinate across internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure on-time, high-quality dock deployments. You'll serve as the central point of contact for field logistics and site readiness, driving follow-through on action items. This is a hands-on role where you'll help define deployment workflows at a leading drone company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment timelines and task tracking from scheduling through go-live.
• Coordinate across Deployment Engineers, Manufacturing, Solution Engineers, and Support.
• Serve as central point of contact for logistics, status updates, and scheduling.
• Maintain project data in Salesforce and provide regular updates.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in project coordination, field operations, or technical customer delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator capable of driving accountability across teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Slack.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with drones, IoT, or field technology.
• Experience with public safety agencies or utilities.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
