You'll build and own segmented talent pipelines for critical sales roles at Grafana Labs, a remote-first open-source company. Your work will ensure we're the employer of choice for top sales talent, engaging candidates long before a seat opens. This is a 12-month fixed-term engagement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and own segmented talent pipelines for recurring sales roles
- Map external sales talent landscape and source across multiple channels
- Lead relationship-first outreach centered on candidates' career journey
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and translate insights into CRM data
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales with talent-spotting experience
- Proven track record of building long-term candidate relationships
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse)
- Experience planning and attending in-person talent or industry networking events
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in enterprise sales with talent-spotting experience
- Interest in AI and automation for sourcing effectiveness
- Experience producing employer branding content (articles, videos)
