💼 About This Role

You'll configure Credentialing and Payer Enrollment products for healthcare customers. You'll ensure proper setup and transfer knowledge to the Customer Success team. This role blends technical configuration with customer-facing training to drive successful go-lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices.
• Lead implementation training calls and document final configuration.
• Collaborate with TAMs, Project Managers, and CSMs to scope and deliver requirements.
• Maintain task plans and timelines in workflow management system and CSP.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1.5 years of experience in a related field or function
• Experience or exposure to Provider Credentialing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Salesforce or similar CRM

✨ Nice to Have

• Engineering or other technical degree
• SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience
• Experience in healthcare IT ecosystem
