🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate cooperation agreements with clients
• Advise project management and sales teams on legal matters
• Perform risk assessments of vendor agreements
• Develop and maintain standard contracts and legal documents

📋 Requirements

• German law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)
• Professional experience in an international context, ideally in financial services
• Fluency in business English and German
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office
