🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to optimize performance.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Conduct rapid experimentation on creatives and audiences.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Experience managing monthly budgets over $300K.
• Expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in GA4, Voluum, or attribution tools.

• Familiarity with CAC/LTV models and subscription metrics.
