You'll lead customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms, partnering with hospital clients to optimize perioperative workflows through configuration and adoption. Your work will directly improve patient access and operational efficiency at over 1,200 hospitals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through rollout and go-live.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clinical stakeholders to design workflows.
• Configure product settings including block build and scheduling.
• Execute validation and user acceptance testing prior to go-live.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Analytical skills with complex datasets.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems and data.
