💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of GM customers and grow into a full NIL Operations resource. Your core impact is driving implementations and adoption across a conference territory, partnering with ADs and compliance officers. This role lets you shape NIL Ops as a category at a leading sports tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementations for new GM accounts: kickoff calls, configuration, training.
• Manage ongoing customer relationships and drive product adoption.
• Partner with product team to relay customer feedback and manage expectations.
• Expand into Teamworks Influencer workflows over time.

📋 Requirements

• Campus experience in NIL or revenue share (AD office, compliance, NIL director).
• Working knowledge of football or basketball operations and/or the transfer portal.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences (student-athletes to CFOs).
• Solid understanding of the NIL landscape, regulations, and compliance frameworks.

• Financial literacy or experience helping student-athletes with tax forms, payments.
• Experience managing accounts across multiple product lines or platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Teamworks GM, Influencer, or Wallet.
