As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager, you'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and ensure their success, while also assisting with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as required
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
