You'll lead the expansion of Re:Build's thermoplastic composites business, identifying target market opportunities and developing commercial strategies. You'll drive 10x growth to $100MM+ revenue, managing P&L and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify target adoption opportunities for thermoplastic composites.
• Develop demonstration products and supporting processes.
• Shape and implement business expansion strategies for short and long term.
• Manage P&L, budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing industries.
• P&L ownership with strong strategic and financial acumen.
• Track record shaping strategy and driving growth through market insights.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering) preferred.
