💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary bridge between creative vision and logistical execution for The Hollywood Reporter, providing end-to-end production support for high-profile shoots, red-carpet events, and brand activations. Your work will directly shape the visual storytelling of a leading entertainment publication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead booking and coordination of talent, crew, and vendors for shoots
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and manage on-set requirements
• Manage full lifecycle of production paperwork and invoice tracking
• Maintain and expand databases of crew, stylists, photographers, and vendors

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional production or entertainment experience
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple complex projects
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high-level talent and agencies
• Demonstrated interest in film, television, and social media trends
