🎯 What You'll Do

• Book golf, lodging, dining, and other resort experiences by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide clear, accurate information about property, offerings, and policies.
• Build and maintain guest profiles and reservation details.
• Review reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Clear communication and professional approach with guests and teammates.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow through.
• Comfort working with numbers and reservation details.

✨ Nice to Have

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, golf, or reservations environment.
• Familiarity with Agilysys reservation system.
