You'll manage the end-to-end sales cycle for merchants in Spain, from first contact to activation. You'll build trust-based relationships with local business owners, helping them modernize payments with Teya's solutions. This role offers direct impact on business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Contact entrepreneurs and businesses in Spain to promote Teya's payment solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle: initial contact, negotiation, onboarding, activation
  • Build trust-based relationships with merchants throughout the process
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

📋 Requirements

  • Inside Sales or B2B Sales experience with pipeline management
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Native Spanish and B2+ English
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or payments industry
  • Experience with contact center tools
  • Familiarity with Madrid's local business ecosystem
