You'll manage customer and employee inquiries via live help, phone, and email in both English and Spanish. Your work ensures clients' needs are met and service level agreements are achieved. This role offers the chance to become an expert on Skillsoft products like Percipio and Books24x7.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Route or answer incoming communication from customers and clients
  • Facilitate client needs and compile reports as requested
  • Keep up to date on course/curriculum offerings and recommend orders
  • Become familiar with all Skillsoft products

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of product support or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of Windows Platforms and web/internet platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HTML, firewalls, proxy servers

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce or software vendor support
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
