You'll serve as the strategic engine behind data-driven decision-making for the Customer Success team, transforming raw data into actionable strategies that improve retention and identify expansion opportunities. You'll operate with high independence, navigating complex datasets to find trends and provide proactive recommendations to executive leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide deep-dive analysis on customer health, churn drivers, and product adoption.
• Partner with CS leadership to define and track KPIs such as NRR and GRR.
• Design and maintain data models for CS pipeline forecasting and segmentation.
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects from hypothesis to executive presentation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Minimum 5 years of Go-To-Market (GTM) analyst operations experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue mechanics.

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting or a similar advisory role.
