🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-craft technical North Star and roadmap
• Ship code daily using AI orchestration techniques
• Recruit and scale a top-tier engineering guild
• Design high-throughput data pipelines for security and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools in production
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on customer impact
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to diverse stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-agent systems
• Domain knowledge in legal tech or B2B SaaS
• Track record of building and leading engineering teams
