You'll visit provider offices to retrieve medical records, scanning charts into various EMR systems. This role is critical for enabling secure, accessible health data across the healthcare ecosystem. You'll work independently with a flexible hybrid schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical records
• Engage professionally with healthcare providers during retrieval
• Access and manage weekly schedule through Datavant systems
• Complete end-of-day logging of hours and mileage

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and roll a 45lb equipment case
