You'll support advanced video conferencing systems and in-room audiovisual technologies for a global workplace solutions company. You'll ensure reliable operation of AV equipment and provide end-user computing support for a diverse office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and break/fix support for AV hardware and software.
• Monitor and manage AV support tickets via Zendesk.
• Provide on-site and virtual support for corporate events.
• Assist with AV-related MACD and commissioning of new installations.
• Execute Computer IMAC activities and troubleshoot end-user devices.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AV field engineering or systems integration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with AV control systems and DSPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Conversational English proficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise production and video conferencing environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms like Zendesk.
• Knowledge of digital signage and LED wall systems.
