🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform coding audits of medical records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers.
• Provide detailed audit rationales with documentation references.
• Deliver coder education and feedback to improve coding quality.
• Manage multiple audit cases to support timely workflow completion.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fee coding/auditing experience in healthcare.
• Active CPC certification required.
• Ability to maintain 95% coding accuracy rate.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding systems and modifiers.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPMA certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner or similar EMR systems.
