You'll prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding and masking at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll ensure cars are in first-rate condition for customers. This role offers training programs to advance your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork
• Perform sanding, masking, taping, bagging
• Buffing, touch-up, and paint mixing
• Unbagging and tear down of vehicles

📋 Requirements

• 6 months professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
