💼 About This Role

You'll join a healthcare technology company to handle prescription data entry and provider communications. Your work ensures patients access affordable medications through our pharma-to-patient cloud platform. This onsite role offers evening shifts and a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions
• Handle provider/physician communications via phone and voicemail
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists and other departments
• Perform all tasks compliant with corporate policies and laws

📋 Requirements

• 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or similar experience
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
