💼 About This Role

You'll build strategies for consultant relationships in labor and public sector markets, converting pipeline to sales. You'll own deal progression and drive bookings by partnering with sales and leveraging deep product expertise. This role targets $170k-$260k base salary at a top virtual clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and qualify opportunities through consultant networks
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and influence recommendations
• Own engagement strategy within priority consulting firms
• Deliver deal-specific messaging and leverage internal resources

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in employer benefits ecosystem
• Proven ability to own and grow strategic consultant relationships
• Track record of driving complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
