You'll own the full sales cycle and build brand awareness for AI recruiting platform Arbi. Your core impact is closing deals and creating content that makes inbound leads default. This role fuses revenue ownership with growth experimentation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle sales: qualification, demo, pilot, close
  • Design and execute growth experiments and content campaigns
  • Build personal and company presence on LinkedIn
  • Architect sales playbook for future hires

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven sales track record exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling SaaS to recruiting/HR buyers
  • Ability to run full-cycle deals independently
  • Strong content creation and social selling skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with PLG motion
  • Knowledge of ATS market (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Startup or early-stage company experience
