Requirements

  • 8+ years building and delivering digital product experiences in product-led B2B or B2C
  • 4+ years as a user-oriented growth leader partnering with Product
  • Strong instincts around driving discovery, activation, and adoption of new products
  • Expert understanding of levers balancing business goals, team processes, and user needs
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead design strategy and execution on high-impact growth experiments
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform iterative experiment loops
  • Drive experimentation balancing user understanding and business impact
  • Communicate design approach to inspire and align cross-functional teams
  • Partner with designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to improve the Calendly experience
