You'll serve as a subject matter expert for business application management and project management within the Business Technology Group. You'll drive value by supporting senior-level Business Liaisons and ensuring applications remain operational and secure. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage vendor relationships and key technology initiatives for a global investment firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage application-level access and governance for LOB applications
• Oversee key technology vendors, including contracting and onboarding
• Support senior-level Business Liaisons in project planning and budget management
• Conduct research and proof of concept for new technologies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in a mid-market technology environment
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable IT Help Desk platform
• Experience with Monday.com or comparable work management tools
