You'll lead and develop a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in neurology, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight. You'll drive field medical initiatives while ensuring compliance and fostering scientific exchange with key opinion leaders. This role offers high-impact leadership in a collaborative, science-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a regional Field Medical team, including hiring and coaching.
• Conduct field visits and one-on-one meetings to mentor MSLs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Field Medical objectives.
• Support development of scientific materials and evidence communication tools.

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, or DVM advanced degree required.
• 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience with MSL background.
• Leadership experience managing MSL teams.
• 5+ years of neurology-focused pharmaceutical experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in myasthenia gravis (MG).
• Prior involvement in developing MSL assets or scientific presentations.
• Proficiency in Veeva.
