💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 5-7 SDRs and build the pipeline engine for a fast-growing cloud consultancy. You'll combine your own cold outreach with coaching your team to create better conversations and qualified opportunities. This role offers the chance to shape a Sales Academy and work remotely across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and develop a team of 5-7 SDRs through call reviews and 1:1s
  • Execute 40-60% of outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling
  • Optimize HubSpot workflows, sequences, and lead qualification processes
  • Design and iterate playbooks with vertical leads and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales development leadership experience in SaaS cloud environment
  • HubSpot power user with workflow and reporting expertise
  • Proven coaching skills with a team scaling or building track record
  • Fluent in German and English (C1/C2)

  • Experience with Lusha and Sales Navigator
  • Modern outbound methodology knowledge (social selling, personalized video)
  • Familiarity with cloud products like AWS, Azure, or SAP
