💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team to ensure order accuracy and fast delivery at Gopuff. Your core impact is coaching associates and perfecting the customer experience for each order. This role offers the chance to shape retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee shift operations and direct associate activities
• Pack orders and receive inventory during low-volume periods
• Support team coverage gaps using carts, pallet jacks, and dollies
• Escalate site issues to leadership and ensure shift readiness
• Conduct audits on damage, expiry, and food safety processes

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or military
• 1+ years improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Ability to work fluid schedules during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
