Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates and multiple leads to ensure quality, production, and cost objectives are met. This role involves mentoring, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, promote succession planning
• Participate in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with operating standards, policies, and performance metrics
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving initiatives
